Andrew "Encyros" Phillips member of Argenteum Astrum.
Breed: Opifex
Sex: Male.
Description: Short slender, with dark ruffled hair.
Attire: Wears Omni-AF armour.

Additional Information.
He was a member of the clan "Deadly Whispers" as well as the Council Of Truth and was the Clan Liason to Newland City.
Since then he has revealed himself to be an InternOps operative who infiltrated the Clans and has kidnapped two clan's women as well as no doubt taken secrets from the Council of Truth to Omni-Tek.
