These are the raids which 220's do.
Beast - You will need a good Raidforce of around 12-18 players. Preferably 2-3 docs (1 for each team).
DB1 (Dust Brigade original quest) - Is pretty easy and is mostly farmed for DB armor. Can be done with 3 players if they got enough DD.
DB2 (Second Dust Brigade quest) - Is easy too. Mostly farmed for DB Infusers which are needed for various things like DB Bracer or Albtraum HUD item upgrades. Can be done with 2 players but most likely a team of 3 farms this place.
Vortex - You need to complete the Neretva questline. It's the DB part of the Xan upgrades. Legacy of the Xan expansion required.
Mitaar - Is very easy and with the right team really fun. On the other hand, with the wrong team it can be a pain in the ass. To enter Mitaar you need to have the Arid Rift Questline completed. Arid is the Alien part of the Xan upgrade. Takes ages to get this done. Try to make a team that goes thru this questline step by step cause its really hard to find a team when you are in the middle of the questline. Legacy of the Xan expansion required.
12 Man - Is the last instance of the xan upgrade. to enter this place you need to have vortex and mitaar done. I personally hate this instance but if you want your stellar nanodeck you will spend a lot time in there. Legacy of the Xan expansion required.
Albtraum - Is a SL instance where you can get really nice HUD items, the alb bracer and some cool rings. Here a team of around 5 is good.
Sector 13, 28 and 35 - Are instances where you can get parts for your AI nanos and in 35 items for the new HHAB (pen, inf and pande protection ring in one). can be done with a good 6 man team but mostly done with more. Required Alien Invasion expansion.
PvPBattlestation - get to 210 go in and kill omlets. you dont need a team at all for this, tho running around in a team is more fun. Reward for this are Victory Points to buy OFAB stuff (armor, weapons and sometimes useful nanos).
