This is just one way of powerleveling, still, this guide will give you a good idea where to start if you are new to SL.
Level - Location1-8 Newbie island is probably better then SL
But if SL obviously the start up Jobe Quests in Jobe Research

Move into Nascence from Jobe Research. Just use the exit, run straight down the steps and once you zone into the bridge you are in Nascence.

We suggest you do the garden quest (Check
AO Universe for the guide).
Level - Location8-21 Spiders or Panthers are west of the Frontier Outskirts garden statue.
21-35 Cripplers are in a cave past Frontier Outskirts garden statue, just keep going north west until you zone, then stay to the left and you will see the cave.
35-45 Croakers are North and a bit east of the Two Mountains garden statue.
45-70 Nascence Hecklers are northwest and southwest/southeast of the Two Mountains garden statue.

Move on to Elysium. To get there, get to the Jobe Platform, use the teleporter to "The Market", then talk to the guy in white armor near a portal and give him 10k. He will place a nano in your NCU which will last for hours, allowing you to use the portal into Ely. It is best to farm some insignias for the garden there.

Level - Location70-100 Mortiigs at Cape Callous (take the Barter statue exit from the garden, it's at the bottom area within the garden).
100-130 Ely Hecklers at P7 Platform, also south at a beach and on the water at the east edges of Elysium.

Once you are 130, skip Scheol and go straight into Adonis. You probably will need help past the area at the end of Scheol to reach Adonis and from the start area of Adonis to the nearest garden statue which is Outmost Yard (and get at least one insignia).

Level - Location130-170 Adonis Hecklers are located at several spots near the Outmost Yard garden exit.

Once you are 170, your options are to either go to Penumbra or Inferno. Inferno does require certain boots which cost about 35-40 million in the open market if you want to skip a long quest to acquire them. Without the boots you will get damage and not even make it to the nearest garden statue. Remember always to get an insignia to access the garden.

Level - Location160-205 You can either do Penumbra Team Missions, or go straight to Inferno Team Missions but be aware that a 160 is less likely to get picked up by a team of 200+.
170-220 Inferno Team Missions.
Note: Power leveling, is not as fun as enjoying your toon. If you have no life (or for some reason a shitload of time in your hands) you can ding 220 in 3 weeks. The downside to power leveling is that you will not learn your profession at a pace where you can solo or be 100% effective at high level, which means if you don't know wtf you doing eventually people will avoid you and you will get a lot less team invites.Warning: This guide assumes you only have the SL expansion, therefore no advice is given regarding other expansions.
